Depending on your preference you can disable the display of
the secondary columns in the host directory.

This option lets you configure the host directory to open with the
entry preselected that was marked when the host directory was closed.

When you hover the mouse over a host directory entry, a small window (tool tip) with information about the entry will appear. This option lets you turn off the information window. | |
